• Tourism fees (approximately $5.50, per room, per night) imposed by Dubai government & resort fees not limited to but including room damage, late check-out, etc.
• Visas (Dubai issues free Visas upon entry to U.S. citizens).
• Ground transportation not mentioned and/or outside of operating hours.
• Your round-trip flight/airfare to Dubai.
• Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (highly recommended!)
• Tips and gratuities for meals and anything not mentioned in inclusions.
• Taxi transport and entrance fees for any private, individual trips that are not included in the itinerary.

Cancellation Policy:

• A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• A minimum monthly payment of $400 is due monthly until the trip is paid in full.
• Final payment must be made 90 days before the trip start date.
• Cancellations made more than 6 months before the trip start date will receive a full refund (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made 3 to 6 months before the trip start date will receive a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 months of the trip start date.
• A $50 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found – which is 90 days before the trip start date.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
